Sea Salted Goats Milk Caramel Popsicles

Updated: Jun 29, 2020

Approximately 12 popsicles

Now that you have made the most heavenly Caramel Sauce you have ever tasted, lets make the perfect hot summer day popsicle with it.

Ingredients

- 3 Cups Half and Half

- ½ Cup of White Sugar

- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt

- 1 Vanilla Bean, split lengthwise

- ½ Pint of Goat’s Milk Caramel Sauce (found in recipe section)

Step 1: Combine 1.5 Cups of Half and Half, Sugar, Salt, and Vanilla Bean (with scraped seeds) in a Saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 2: Remove from the heat. Remove the vanilla bean and then stir in the Caramel Sauce and the remaining 1.5 Cups of Half and Half.

Step 3: Pour into a plastic bowl and refrigerate until completely chilled.

Step 4: Once fully chilled, pour mixture into the Popsicle molds and freeze until the mixture has set up slightly (about an hour)

Step 5: After an hour, insert sticks into Popsicles and place back into coldest part of the freezer until fully frozen. To remove popsicles, run a little bit of warm water over the mold and gently pull the popsicle straight out. Enjoy!
