Approximately 12 popsicles
Now that you have made the most heavenly Caramel Sauce you have ever tasted, lets make the perfect hot summer day popsicle with it.

Ingredients
- 3 Cups Half and Half
- ½ Cup of White Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Vanilla Bean, split lengthwise
- ½ Pint of Goat’s Milk Caramel Sauce (found in recipe section)

Step 1: Combine 1.5 Cups of Half and Half, Sugar, Salt, and Vanilla Bean (with scraped seeds) in a Saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 2: Remove from the heat. Remove the vanilla bean and then stir in the Caramel Sauce and the remaining 1.5 Cups of Half and Half.
Step 3: Pour into a plastic bowl and refrigerate until completely chilled.

Step 4: Once fully chilled, pour mixture into the Popsicle molds and freeze until the mixture has set up slightly (about an hour)

Step 5: After an hour, insert sticks into Popsicles and place back into coldest part of the freezer until fully frozen. To remove popsicles, run a little bit of warm water over the mold and gently pull the popsicle straight out. Enjoy!
