Citrus Ginger Marinade

Updated: Jun 29, 2020

This light and crisp marinade is perfect for all kinds of poultry and fowl. As with any marinade, the longer it sits with the meat, the better, but be careful not to go too long as the acid in the orange juice can make your meat a little too mushy. I recommend 8-10 hours for an awesome tasting bird!

Ingredients

- 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic

- 4 TBS Fresh Orange Juice

- 2 TBS Peanut Oil

- 1” Piece of Ginger, pealed and finely chopped

- ½ Cup Soy Sauce

- ½ Cup Good Honey

- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

- 1 TBS Orange Zest

Directions

Step 1: Measure Ingredients and pour into a non-reactive bowl

Step 2: Mix thoroughly

Step 3: Refrigerate until ready to use *Will store in the refrigerator for a week
